Each of my products is handcrafted with care, attention to detail, and high-quality materials to ensure both beauty and durability.
Because many of my items are made to order or personalised, please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.
Made-to-Order & Custom Items
Products that are handmade, made to order, or created to your size, colour or style selection (for example: personalised collars, leashes, harnesses, or accessories) are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
This is because each item is crafted specifically for your dog and cannot be resold.
Please double-check measurements, colours and design selections before placing your order.
If you need assistance choosing the correct size, I am happy to help prior to purchase.
Ready-to-Ship Items
For non-custom, ready-made items, I accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition
- All original packaging and tags must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
To start a return, please contact me at info@readyforwalk.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
I will provide instructions on how and where to send your parcel.
Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
