Each of my products is handcrafted with care, made in small batches or to order, ensuring the highest quality and attention to detail.

Processing Time
Most of my products are handmade to order.
Standard production time is 10-15 business days, depending on the product and current workload.
During busy seasons or for custom/personalised items, this may extend slightly.
If your item is ready sooner, I will ship it immediately.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
United Kingdom
- Standard delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48): 2–4 business days
- Express delivery 1–2 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
International Orders
I ship worldwide via reliable tracked courier services
Delivery time varies by region:
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- USA & Canada: 7–14 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local fees that may apply in their country.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
As many of my products are made specifically for your order, please allow additional time for crafting before dispatch
Each product description includes an estimated preparation time.
Combined Orders
If your order includes both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, all products will be shipped together once your full order is complete.
If you would like to receive ready items earlier, please contact me — I can arrange separate shipping (additional cost may apply).
Lost or Delayed Parcels
I use fully tracked services for peace of mind.
If your parcel is delayed or lost in transit, please contact me at info@readyforwalk.co.uk and I will assist in tracing or resolving the issue.
Please note that I cannot take responsibility for delays caused by postal services, customs clearance, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
Packaging
All ReadyForWalk products are packed with care in eco-conscious, branded packaging, suitable for gifting.
I avoid unnecessary plastic and use recyclable or biodegradable materials wherever possible.
