The ReadyForWalk ID Tag is designed for dogs who love freedom — and for guardians who want peace of mind wherever adventures lead.
Minimal, lightweight and adjustable, it keeps your dog’s name and phone number always with them, while remaining comfortable enough to wear all day — at home, on walks, during travel and outdoor exploration.
Why I created it
My own dogs wear their ID Tags constantly — both at home and outside.
Unlike traditional hanging tags that can get lost, fall off or make noise, the information stays securely attached and always accessible when needed.
And most importantly — in everyday situations, you always have something gentle to quickly grab when needed.
For example, when opening the front door, receiving deliveries, welcoming guests or managing sudden situations at home, the ID Tag gives you an easy and natural way to safely hold your dog close for a moment.
Designed for comfort & practicality
The adjustable fit allows you to style the ID Tag exactly as you prefer:
• Slightly looser so it rests beautifully on longer coats
• Closer to the neck for short-haired dogs
• Soft, lightweight and comfortable for everyday wear
A safer option for free exploration
As a Golden Retriever owner, I know how much dogs love bushes, forests, tall grass and exploring hidden corners.
Before letting my dogs run freely through dense terrain, I often remove both leash and collar — leaving only the ID Tag on.
Why? Because it offers identification without the risks that can sometimes come with a regular collar during exploration.
If a dog were to catch a collar on branches or bushes, it could become dangerous.
The ID Tag is designed differently — the sliding paracord construction can release under pressure when needed, helping the dog free themselves more easily.
For me, this feels like a safer and more natural option for adventurous dogs.
